Shipping policy
Tessodo is a limited liability company registered in the United States. All orders are shipped from USA.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
- DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES) We ship to all 50 states, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when it is placed. Transit times do not include processing time.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship to the USA and Canda only.
- International orders are processed within 1-3 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 7-21 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country
- Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for details before ordering
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs holds or incomplete recipient information
- ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link
- You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@tessodo.com
- SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
- We can only change a shipping address if your order has not yet been fulfilled
- To request an address change, email us immediately at help@tessodo.com with your order number and correct address
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any return shipping and reshipping costs
- LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost in Transit:
- If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at help@tessodo.com
- We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be issued upon claim approval
Stolen After Delivery:
- We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently stolen
- For high-value orders, we recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout
- If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly
