Shipping policy

Tessodo is a limited liability company registered in the United States. All orders are shipped from USA.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day
  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES) We ship to all 50 states, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when it is placed. Transit times do not include processing time.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship to the USA and Canda only.
  • International orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 7-21 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country
  • Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for details before ordering
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs holds or incomplete recipient information

  1. ORDER TRACKING
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link
  • You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@tessodo.com
  1. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
  • We can only change a shipping address if your order has not yet been fulfilled
  • To request an address change, email us immediately at help@tessodo.com with your order number and correct address
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any return shipping and reshipping costs

  1. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost in Transit:
  • If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at help@tessodo.com
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be issued upon claim approval

Stolen After Delivery:
  • We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently stolen
  • For high-value orders, we recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout
  • If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly
